On booking a car from 4Motion Sports and Performance you will be required to pay a £40 booking fee, if you do not turn up to collect the car on the requested date between 09:30 am and 17:00pm 4Motion Sports and Performance will not refund your booking fee

The £40 booking fee is not a deposit and will not be taken of the actual deposit for the car.

Only card payment's accepted 4motion car rental does not take cash under any circumstance

The voucher is valid for one-time use only ( you do not have to drive the car you have booked out.)

You must have a full UK driving license to test drive or hire a car from 4Motion Sports and Performance.

If taking the car for a test drive you will be required to pay a £400 deposit for any minor chips or dents you could be liable for on the test drive and if the car is returned with any dents or chips 4Motion Sports and Performance will be keeping your £400 deposit.

The £400 deposit will be required for you to take the car, to cover minor chips, dents, scrapes, scratches or any damage to the interior. It will also cover a wheel scuffing fee if the car is returned with any of the above 4Motion Sports and Performance will keep your deposit.

In the event of a crash 4Motion, Sports and Performance will keep your £400 deposit towards the excess fee.

The registered driver who signs the hire agreement is fully liable for the car if they let anyone else use the car who has not been put on the hire agreement or signed for the car, it is the person who signed the agreement that will be fined and or prosecuted.

If the person who hires the car does not return the car on the date they have signed and agreed on to return the vehicle they will be charged at the daily rate for each day they do not return the car.

If the person who signs the hire agreement returns the car late and doesn't pay the daily rate they will be fined and or prosecuted.

If the person who hires the car does not bring it back within 5days of the return date 4Motion Sports and Performance will inform the police and the person on the hire agreement will be prosecuted and or fined.

If the person who signs the hire agreement has given any false details and or fake license, when 4Motion Sports and Performance finds out the police will be informed and the person will be prosecuted and or fined.

When the person who signs the hire agreement takes the car they will be charged a £ petrol fee if they do not bring the car back with £ petrol in the tank the customer will be charged a £100 petrol fee.

On receipt of the vehicle, the customer will also have to pay a £30 valeting fee if they bring the car back unclean 4Motion Sports and Performance will keep the £30 valeting fee. The customer will have to wait until the car has been cleaned in the case of chips, dents or scratches being found on the vehicle.

If the customer brings the car back with any downlights they will loose their £400 deposit.

If the customer brings the car back in the same condition as what it was taken in they will be fully refunded their deposit.

If the customer books the car and collects it on the correct date and within the agreed times their £40 booking fee will be fully refunded.

If the customer steals or chops the car down the customer will be liable for the full price of the car, they will also be fined and or prosecuted.

Cars may be subject to monitoring like speeding and or abusing vehicles.

A test drive is only available if there are cars available. Test drives can not be completed if cars are not available try use code 4Motion is the best 122

If the customer crashes the car they will have to pay an excess of £1000 this can not come out of their deposit. If the car has been rented and given to someone else to drive, the person who has signed the agreement is fully liable for the car. If the customer does not pay the excess they will be fined and or prosecuted.

The driver of the car must be 25years of age or over.

If the customer blows the engine ( the engine seizes up) or defects the car to the point where it is rendered of the road ( a right off) or if the customer does any damage that is not covered by the insurance or £400 deposit price then the customer is liable for the full payment of the car's worth when they rented it.

If the customer gets the car seized by police for circumstances that are their own fault i.e. a fraud to the hire agreement in any way they will be liable to pay the rental cost on a daily basis for any time the car is spent of the road.

If the customer gets the car seized off police in any circumstances the customers liable for the return payment of that vehicle.

Customers can ask for information to be removed from the system

If the customer does not pay any of the payments that they are supposed to pay in any circumstance they will be prosecuted and or fined.

Each car is fitted with a dash camera this camera must not be removed or tampered with. If in the event this should happen the person/persons on the rental agreement will be liable for the cost.

If in the event of an accident and the dash camera has been tampered with, destroyed, or removed 4Motion car rental will assume that it is the hirer's fault, and will take the excess off the hirer.

All accidents will have the excess deducted, But if 4Motion finds out the hirer is not liable, a full refund will be returned.
